Laurinitis really understands the business...He knows that an injured Cena can't really compete in big matches so why not take this golden opportunity to not only increase the rating but also to strike fear in the mind of the superstars. By taking out Cena Laurinitis hopes to intimidate the stars who at the moment are not taking him seriously. Laurinitis could have pulled the impossible if only a certain rule was not laid down by the board of directors- Anyone who will interfere in the match will be terminated and also if Laurinitis loses he will be relieved of all the responsibilities he has as the General Manager of both Raw and Smack Down. Because of this rule I think the chances of Laurinitis Winning the match went from slim to none.
