COULD OROCHIMARU STILL BE ALIVE??

I know that I completely sound goofy and lunatic but just think for a while this is Orochimaru we are talking about. The Great White Snake whose abilities were beyond the realms of ordinary shinobi. Orochimaru died of the Amaterasu’s black fire when he was trying to escape in the form of a tiny snake but we never saw its ash did we?  More over if Orochimaru isn’t alive then why in the blue hell Kabuto is not resurrecting him. All these facts point only in one direction and that is there’s quite a possibility of his return……
