First and foremost thing Zack Ryder should do is realize the fact that he has won a huge opportunity. Managing SmackDown and meeting the demands of wrestler’s isn’t an easy task. Moreover very few superstars have earned the opportunity to become the General Manager of either Raw or SmackDown and the stars who have got this opportunity are stars of very high profile like Randy Orton, Cena, Triple H, Shawn Michaels etc. so Zack must not blow it or get carried away by the moment and it appears he is not going to do either of them. He is making use of the social power. He is using Twitter, his Youtube show and his friends for suggestions etc. to make the show as memorable as ever but here are some great suggestions that should implement
